By downloading, installing, or using any mobile application or game ("App") developed and published by Rahika Apps ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Apps.
You may use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services or systems
• Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Some of our Apps may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Our Apps may offer in-app purchases, virtual items, or subscription plans. All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. Virtual items and in-app currencies have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable. Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date through your device's store settings.
All content within our Apps — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and code — is the property of Rahika Apps or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only.
If our Apps allow you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of your content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the App for operational purposes. You are solely responsible for the content you post and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
Your use of our Apps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Apps, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at radhika1995apps@gmail.com. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
Our Apps may integrate with or contain links to third-party services (e.g., payment processors, analytics providers, ad networks, social media platforms). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
Some of our Apps may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. These ads may use cookies or device identifiers to serve personalized content. You can manage your ad preferences through your device settings.
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You use the Apps at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rahika Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
